MY BUYER – CRM for Buyers, Logisticians and Sellers
MY BUYER is a CRM for buyers, logisticians and sellers working with goods from China and CIS marketplaces. I led the UX and UI design across web and mobile apps, replacing spreadsheets and manual workflows with a structured, role-based system for orders, logistics and analytics.
Overview
The platforms were designed to streamline the workflow between buyers procuring goods in China, logistics companies handling the transportation to CIS countries, and clients (sellers) who resell these goods on popular marketplaces. A core challenge of this project was transitioning users accustomed to manual, paper-based workflows or Excel spreadsheets into an intuitive, modern digital environment.
As a UX/UI Designer, I played a pivotal role in the full-scale development and design of user interfaces for a series of projects under MY BUYER and TEEZ. These platforms cater to the intricate operations of gray parallel imports from China and official imports to Russia, utilizing proprietary fulfillment centers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Innovative Design: Crafted a user-centric design, ensuring even the most process-resistant logistics operators could adapt seamlessly.
Iterative Process: Delivered and refined the design through five comprehensive iterations to meet stakeholder requirements and user expectations.
Associated Projects: Extended my expertise to related projects, including an analytics service for sellers, a learning platform (uCademy), and the UI for SortingUz fulfillment warehouses.

Landing Pages: Designed and launched landing pages to enhance platform accessibility and user acquisition.
This project involved multiple iterations and refinements, culminating in a design that balances user-friendliness with functionality, addressing the needs of buyers, logistics operators, and sellers alike.
