What is it? Does how it works?

Imagine, You are small entrepreneur, Founder of Cafe, who needs a ready-made solution builder for creating a mobile app for his Cafe, because to save time and money on mobile app development process up to 90%

A magical compilation system for that era. We made a real technological breakthrough in mobile technology, for which I received grants for R & D. The report is available on the GISNAUKA website

Before we started developing this product, we did a cust-dev. We used Siberian CMS as a research of interest. Installed on their VDS Platform Edition, then involved more than 2600 people in the test. All these people have created over 4000 apps and provided feedback. Then we started developing our own product and raised 2 rounds of investments.

In 2018, a State Grant was received from the Innovation Promotion Foundation for the research phase. Thanks to the ideate phase, I got 2 groups of persons – an agency and a small entrepreneur. The study included Competitive Audit. Thus, having data on Problem Statements, I was able to create Goal Statements. Between the ideate and Prototype phases, I create User-flow and User-Journey map. Then my team and I revisited a number of hypotheses as trends change rapidly and new technologies are added. In 2019, we drew Storyboard (Big Picture) and Storyboard (Close-Up). Smoothly move on to Paper wireframes and then in the same month I create a Low-fidelity wireframe. Based on all this, I got an information architecture. Mid 2019 and I started the High-fidelity prototype. At the moment I am working on a redesign because I did a number of tests based on the UX Research Study Plan. In 2021, the development of the core of the platform began. I want to note that the project is under NDA and I am showing you only a stripped-down version and a very old design.

So far, research has shown that the “no-code mobile apps-builder” business phase is ending, as the user realized that none of these platforms have powerful features to satisfy the entrepreneur. If you ask the end customer, he will answer that the application has poor functionality, and especially the limited ability to customize the UI. Apple has started a battle with commercialized templates. The question arose, what needs to be done so that the client again turns towards “no-code mobile apps-builder”. Our answer is below (Opportunities).

Over 5 years of research, we realized that all offers in this market are outdated and do not correspond to the trends and requirements of entrepreneurs. Technologies are dynamically changing in the mobile sphere; it is difficult to stay on one technology for more than 2 years. Therefore, we have compiled a list of solutions that will evolve and stay afloat for at least 6 years.
