Grand Hotels & SPA Priboy (hotel chain)
I redesigned the websites for the Grand Hotels & SPA Priboy chain based on UX research, analytics and A/B testing. Over several iterations we increased booking conversion to 16–25%, reduced dependency on third-party services and improved page speed, SEO and user satisfaction.

About
The redesign was made based on UX research and competitor audit. This design has economic and analytical justification. Qualitative and quantitative research was conducted. At the moment, after 2 annual sprints and 3 iterations, the analytics of this business shows a conversion of 16%-25%, which is a very high figure. I took as a basis the Special KPI script in A/B testing, calculated the amount of time for booking, payment. The client must figure it out himself, find out the price in the chat bot, then make a booking. The task of the business was this: to refuse "Travelin" and other third-party services. Also, the main task was to increase SEO, site speed, satisfaction by 50-90%
